Quality Assurance Standards
HSI publishes and administers a set of Quality Assurance Standards designed to monitor and improve the performance of HSI and its approved Training Centers and authorized Instructors. These standards are intended to ensure the products and services provided meet or exceed the requirements of customers, regulatory authorities, and course participants.

Our Training Center Standards are revised regularly and published in the HSI Training Center Administrative Manual (TCAM).
